Retreat cost and scheduling

SCHEDULING: Retreats can be arranged for any days of the week or weekends, depending on our availability.

3 days, 4 nights. Arrive 6pm. Depart by 9am, after 4th night.

COST: $2100. (Optional extra hiking day is $200)

INTERVIEW: If you have not worked with both of us before, we will invite you to a free preliminary “get acquainted” video session. It will last less than an hour. During this time, you can ask questions about the retreat, processes, us, etc and we will want to know you a bit and why you want a retreat. Once you and we have determined that it is a good match all around, we can schedule the dates.

PAYMENT: To hold your dates, we will require a down payment of $500, payable by check or credit card at least one month before the retreat starting date.

We will then send you registration forms and details about what to bring and how to plan.

The remainder of the fee will be required before you arrive.

Cancellations within one month will require a forfeiture of $200.

Cancellations within one week will require a forfeiture of $500.

SCHEDULE: Upon your arrival at 6:00pm, we will immediately start the retreat process.

For the next 70 hours, we will work together (except for sleep and breaks).

Meals will be provided, unless you have special needs we can’t meet.

Beginning around 6pm on the last evening, you will have time to use as you choose to integrate my healing and learning.

The next morning, you depart by 9:00am.
